◾Working Hours – Monday – Saturday – 11.00 am – 8.00 pm, Sunday – 11.00am -1.00 pm(Meeting by appointment only)

◾Payment & Order booking Terms –

For Corporates – 50% advance & balance at the time of delivery ,

For Individuals – CAKES – order value of INR 1300 and above – 50% advance and balance at the time of delivery. For order of value below INR 1500 – 100% Advance

. – FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS -order value of INR 1100 and above – 50% advance and balance at the time of delivery.For order of value below INR 1100 – 100% Advance

Payments can be made through –

• Paytm
• Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking (Online convenience charge extra)

◾Sampling – Samples of products will be charged at 2 times the product MRP ,the extra amount paid will be adjusted at the time of order.

◾Minimum Order quantity – Chocolates – 1kg ,Standard Cakes – 1 kg ,Designer/3D Cakes – Design Specific , Cupcakes – Box of 6 ,Brownies/Tea Cakes-1kg, For Corporates – MOQ is Product specific.

◾Delivery time –
For standard Cakes,Cupcakes,Brownies & Chocolates – 2-3 working days after receipt of advance,
For Designer/3D cakes,Cupcakes,Brownies & Chocolates – 4-7 workingdays after receipt of advance and approval of concept.
For Wedding Cakes ,chocolates & Boxes – 30 working days after receipt of advance and approval of concept.
For Corporate orders – 30 days after confirmation of order.

◾Deisgner/ 3D Cakes,Cupcakes,Brownies & Chocolates orders – Designer products can be customized to incorporate occasion specific themes, colors, characters, sizes, shapes & Corporate logos etc .Minimum order quantity will be concept specific.

◾Special Orders – Orders can be placed for catering /kitty parties for a minimum of 15 guests .Kindly contact us for further details.

◾Privacy Policy: We respect your right to privacy. At Authentique Bites we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. Your name, email address,Telephone no.,billing address or any other personal information will not be rented or sold.

◾Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

◾Orders once place cannot be cancelled or changed.

◾Advance paid is non –refundable and forfeited on cancellation of order

◾Perishable products should be refrigerated immediately and consumed the same day.

◾All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
